Southern Ocean Super Braid is a high performance yacht braid.
The construction incorporates a high tenacity polyethylene core covered with a braided polyester sheath. This delivers exceptional durability combined with light weight and very low stretch. It has proved to be increditbly strong, easy to handle and light when wet with hardly any loss of strength at knots and sheaves.
The finished rope is stronger and longer lasting than comparable Kevlar braids.
