Storm Gear uses radio frequency welded seam construction for the vinyl backpack. Highly water resistant, and waterproof fabrics and design.
The Storm Max has a body made completely out of heavy-duty vinyl and electronically sealed seams and pocket patches, offering maximum weather protection. With two 1800 denier zippered pockets and an outer mesh pocket.
The Max features a drawstring top-load design with an over-the-top cargo pocket that covers the entry.
A wide mouth top pocket gives convenient access for smaller items, while twin compression straps keep all the the gear snug.
The most unique feature is the padded backrest. First is sewn the comfortable foam backrest onto the patch, and then weld the patch onto the pack - shoulder straps and all - eleminating needle-hole leaks to the internal compartment. This makes the Max submersible up to the top opening
