Brought this to take camping so not to take separate soap and shampoo. Took me a while to get used to using it as a body wash since it has no smell and leaves no soft moisturized feeling. Now really like it use all the time, realized it just soaps and cleans and leaves nothing behind. Have been using as shampoo six months. I have always had dry hair and always use a conditioner with my shampoo. I have not needed any conditioner for six months. My hair is soft and smooth, natural oils have returned that I thought I never had. My hair is not oily now, just normal. One son likes it because he hunts. I encourage my boys to use it to wash faces. They still get acne, but at least I can know their skin is clean for a while and acne treatments will be added to clean skin. Trying to get my wife to chuck out her expensive shampoo and use this instead. It's hard to combat all the misinformation out there about what hair needs.
