For chipless edge finishing. Ideal for the ultimate precision finishing treatment of edges out from automatic grinders.
The two ceramic inserts have been arranged ina special position to enable a micro-forming effect on the outer boundary of the edges in one swift action.
The base edge setting is fixed at 1°. The side edge setting can be adjusted from 90°- 85°.
Edge sharpening angles:
- from the side: 85 0 - 90 0
- with sliding surface: 0 0 - 1 0
