Returns Policy

How do I return an item

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Goods may be returned within 14 days of purchase for exchange, credit or refund. Goods must be returned, unused and in as new condition with all packing materials, tags etc. Return freight costs are the buyer’s responsibility but will be refunded if the return is a result of our fault. Please include a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase together with an explanation of why you are returning the goods and what action you would like us to take This offer is in addition to your Statutory Rights. Please contact us before returning goods so we can work out the speediest and most cost effective resolution of your issue

 

Claims under warranty

Return of stock requires a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which is issued and handled through:

An RAN is an authorisation for return of goods only and does not indicate acceptance of any claim.

Goods are to be returned to: Ansco Pty Ltd, 12 Water Road PRESTON Vic 3072 unless otherwise instructed.

All returns are to include the following details:

Return Authorization Number

Ansco Customer Name (Buyer) and contact details

Consumer Name and contact details (email address and phone number)

Proof of purchase (normally a copy of invoice)

Reason for claim

 

Claims for faulty supply

The Buyer agrees to inspect goods for loss or damage and correctness at time of receipt and notify Ansco of any claim within 7 days. Any claim not notified within 7 days shall be deemed to have been waived by the Buyer.

 

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Ansco warranties all products it sells for consumer domestic use to be free from faults in material and workmanship for 12 months. This warranty replaces any manufactrers warranty in Australia. In addition all products we sell for consumer resale are covered under Australian Consumer Law. The consumer is entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. The consumer is also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, Ansco reserves the right to offer to repair only.
