Inox

The main difference is that INOX (specifically MX3) is a lighter-duty, food-grade approved, general-purpose lubricant, while LANOX (MX4) is a heavier-duty, lanolin-based lubricant designed for more extreme, corrosive, or high-humidity environments. LANOX provides a more durable, water-repellent coating and lasts longer, making it ideal for marine applications and harsh conditions, whereas INOX is suitable for everyday tasks, delicate materials like certain plastics, and electronics.
